Kim Hackelberg is a little less visible. But she is certainly no less critical and is invaluable in overseeing many areas of our company! Nadine supports the service team in providing exceptional service to all of our Marlow customers.

Bill came to Marlow Marine with 25 years of business experience in the high tech computer industry where he started in customer service at 20 years old and worked his way up through sales and then to owning his own software company. He grew up sailing in Annapolis and fishing in the outer banks of North Carolina. Bill was the top-selling new boat salesperson at Marlow Marine within 24 months and was quickly promoted to New Boat Sales Manager. Bill’s customer service and sales background have made him a natural at owner orientation for all of our customers. In the last eight years, Bill has made it a point to get as much sea time on the boats as possible, taking boats to and from boat shows, picking up new boats at the port, and going on trips with customers as part of the training. If you don’t find Bill in the office, he is probably on a boat learning something new.

In his early years, Eric developed a strong love and respect for yachting, having explored many rivers, lakes, and oceans while growing up in Coastal New England. During High School, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps (delayed entry program) to serve his country and further explore the world. Earning a meritorious promotion early in his career, he seized the opportunity for extensive travel abroad on the Marine Security Guard Program (a “joint venture” between the Marine Corps and U.S. State Department that provides special operations and internal security at American Embassies and other locations abroad). With extended tours in Japan, Denmark, and El Salvador, he has traveled to over 30 foreign countries giving him some unique and very well-rounded skill sets. After college, he worked as a Stockbroker before following his childhood dreams of purchasing his own businesses in the yachting industry. As the owner of Coastal Yacht Services and Coastal Yacht Maintenance, Eric has really enjoyed going back to his “Yachting Roots.” He was asked to join “Team Marlow Marine” in 2011 and has become a First Class Yacht Broker with a client for life approach and exceptional knowledge in many areas. Having logged untold nautical miles aboard various yachts over the years working as a delivery Captain with his Yacht Service and Yacht Maintenance companies, Captain Eric has an exceptional understanding of the numerous differences between Yachts (ride characteristics, quality of construction and fit/finish just to name a few). Since 2011 he has been able to log thousands of nautical miles aboard many different Marlow Explorers (ranging in size from 49’-97 ‘) and therefore knows from firsthand experience the additional features and benefits of a well thought out and quality built yacht. He is one of a select few Captains that operates Marlow Explorers for new boat off-loads, boat shows, and during the client delivery and yacht orientation process. You will be hard-pressed to find a better candidate to assist you with your Yachting needs.

♦ Kathy Lynn Quam

A Florida resident since 1980, residing for the last 30 years in St. Petersburg, Kathy has a dedicated passion for cancer research and has served as a volunteer advocacy chair-person for the American Cancer Society. During that time, she received her Master's Degree in Business Science and served as Vice President of VSE, transporting fiber optic submarine cable for over 15 years. She is an active member of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club, where she enjoys the SPYC cruising fleet and other activities shared at the Yacht Club of the last decade. The most exciting time of her life is "now," where she is able to follow her passion for boating while working zealously for the exceptional yacht builder David Marlow, at Marlow Marine Sales, Inc. She stays enthusiastic and dedicated to her passion and career in the exciting yachting industry!

Rod brings Marlow Marine a wealth of yachting experience and knowledge. After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's in Science in 2005, Rod began his sales career as an account executive for one of the largest private equity lenders in Florida. In 2006 he moved from Miami to Sarasota, where he quickly realized that the boating industry was his true calling. Since early 2007 he has thrived as the VP of Operations for Coastal Yacht Services, one of the most established Yacht Management companies in Florida. He has worked closely with Marlow Marine for the past five years at the Miami International boat show, Fort Lauderdale International boat show, Palm Beach International boat show, and other private Marlow events. In early 2016 he was asked to join the Marlow sales team full-time. With an extensive bilingual (English-Spanish) background in sales, marketing, and over-the-top customer service, Rod is here to assist you with finding your next dream yacht.

♦ Jack Bostock

Jack brings a very diverse and unique background to Marlow Marine. Jack A. Bostock was born a 7th generation circus performer. His family came to the United States as performers with Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey Circus in the early 1950’s from Europe. As a young boy, Jack walked the tight rope and flew on the Flying Trapeze all over the US until his family settled in Sarasota, Florida, the circus capital of the World! There, he found his first lifelong passion and began training in martial arts. He became a very accomplished competitor and has been a State champion, Jr Olympic Champion, and an SR National Champion. He has been a martial artist for the last 27 years, and for the last 22 of those years, along with his family, they have run the largest Martial Arts Academies in Manatee County. After achieving success in all areas of his life, Jack was ready for a new adventure, and that is what lead him to Marlow Marine, a place where Quality, Cooperation, and Innovation mean something. He was fortunate enough to already have close relations with a few of the top brokers at Marlow and welcomed the opportunity to join the Marlow Team. At Marlow Marine, Jack has been soaking up the knowledge around him like a sponge, using the same work ethic and attention to detail honed as a martial artist with a goal of becoming an amazing yacht salesman. Jack is proving to be a valued asset at Marlow with his energy, drive, determination, and his Bi-lingual background.

Dale is a Central Florida native. He grew up in Sebring, Florida and later moved to Orlando, Florida to pursue a career in Resort Sales and Marketing. Dale moved up the ranks quickly with one of the most successful resort companies in the industry. At the young age of 26, he was asked to assist with the company's first out of state venture, which brought him to Gatlinburg, Tennessee, where he later built and managed a beautiful luxury log cabin resort with breathtaking views. That resort is now one of the most sought after destinations and also one of the most profitable resorts in the entire country! After many years of mountain living, he decided to follow his heart and return to Florida. Since his childhood, he has always had a passion for the water, which made Marlow Marine the perfect fit! Dale is excited to join the Marlow team of professionals and is extremely excited to represent the finest in luxury yachts! He strongly believes that the memories created today with your loved ones will be priceless in the future! He truly feels that at Marlow Marine, he is changing lives one boat at a time. Whether you are an experienced boater or brand new to the yachting world, Dale looks forward to sharing his knowledge and assisting you in purchasing the perfect boat, either a new build or pre-loved, so that you can create countless, priceless memories on your Marlow journey!

♦ Matt McHugh

Matt is a native Floridian, born and raised in Sarasota. Being born into a family of educators, Matt spent 20 years in that field. After graduating from the University of South Florida in Tampa with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, he took the position of business manager at a private school where he spent 15 years handling all the financial responsibilities, marketing, PR, HR, and sales for prospective families. After 15 years in the private sector of education, he then co-founded and assisted in the application process and implementation of a public charter school where he spent his next six years helping to grow that school in many of the same capacities. However, growing up on the Gulf Coast of Florida, he has always had a love and appreciation for the water and boating lifestyle. When he was presented with the opportunity to join the well-respected team at Marlow Marine, it seemed like a perfect fit. When Matt is not at work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and two children, typically somewhere on, in, or near the water. He looks forward to meeting you and helping you with any of your boating needs, whether it’s a new build, or assisting with a brokerage deal.
