All of the Marlow Marine staff, from the office personnel to the brokers to the service yard men and women, have a passion for boats and all things related to them and the sea. Our park-like setting on three bodies of water and our commitment to excellence draws the best in each area of expertise to our company. Our staff in sales and service boasts an average of twenty years in the Marine business.

Kim Hackelberg is a little less visible. But she is certainly no less critical and is invaluable in overseeing many areas of our company!

♦ William Thomas 

Bill came to Marlow Marine with 25 years of business experience in the high tech computer industry where he started in customer service at 20 years old and worked his way up through sales and then to owning his own software company.  He grew up sailing in Annapolis and fishing in the outer banks of North Carolina.  Bill was the top selling new boat sales person at Marlow Marine within 24 months and was quickly promoted to New Boat Sales Manager.  Bill’s customer service and sales background has made him a natural at owner orientation for all of our customers.  In the last 8 years Bill has made it a point to get as much sea time on the boats as possible, taking boats to and from boat shows, picking up new boats at the port, and going on trips with customers as part of training.  If you don’t find Bill in the office he is probably on a boat learning something new..

♦ Eric Gervais

In his early years, Eric developed a strong love and respect for yachting, having explored many rivers, lakes and oceans while growing up in Coastal New England. During High School, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps (delayed entry program) to serve his country and further explore the world. Earning a meritorious promotion early in his career, he seized the opportunity for extensive travel abroad on the Marine Security Guard Program (a “joint venture” between the Marine Corps and U.S. State Department that provides special operations and internal security at American Embassies and other locations abroad). With extended tours in Japan, Denmark and El Salvador, he has traveled to over 30 foreign countries giving him some unique and very well-rounded skill sets.  After college, he worked as a Stockbroker before following his childhood dreams of purchasing his own businesses in the yachting industry. As the owner of Coastal Yacht Services and Coastal Yacht Maintenance, Eric has really enjoyed going back to his “Yachting Roots”. He was asked to join “Team Marlow Marine” in 2011 and has become a First Class Yacht Broker with a client for life approach and exceptional knowledge in many areas. Having logged untold nautical miles aboard various yachts over the years working as a delivery Captain with his Yacht Service and Yacht Maintenance companies, Captain Eric has an exceptional understanding of the numerous differences between Yachts (ride characteristics, quality of construction and fit/finish just to name a few). Since 2011 he has been able to log thousands of nautical miles aboard many different Marlow Explorers (ranging in size from 49’-97 ‘) and therefore knows from firsthand experience, the additional features and benefits of a well thought out and quality built yacht. He is one of a select few Captains that operates Marlow Explorers for new boat off-loads, boat shows and during the client delivery and yacht orientation process. You will be hard pressed to find a better candidate to assist you with your Yachting needs.

Kathy Lynn Quam 

A Florida resident since 1980 and resides for the last 30 years in St. Petersberg, Florida she has a dedicated passion for cancer research and has served as a volounteer advocacy chair-person for the American Cancer Society.  During that time, she has received her Master's Degree in Business Science and served as Vice President of VSE, transporting fiber optic submarine cable for over 15 years.  She is an active member of the St. Petersberg Yacht Club, where she enjoys the SPYC cruising fleet and other activites shared at the Yacht Club of the last decade.  The most exciting time of her life is "now", where she is able to follow her passion for boating while working zealously for the exceptional yacht builder David Marlow, at Marlow Marine Sales, Inc.  She stays enthusiastic and dedicated to her passion and career in the exciting yachting industry at Marlow Marine Sales.  


Rod Silva

Rod brings to Marlow Marine a wealth of yachting experience and knowledge. After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelors in Science in 2005, Rod began his sales career as an account executive for one of the largest private equity lenders in Florida. In 2006 he moved from Miami to Sarasota, where he quickly realized that the boating industry was his true calling. Since early 2007 he has thrived as the VP of Operations for Coastal Yacht Services, one of the most established Yacht Management companies in Florida. He has worked closely with Marlow Marine for the past five years at the Miami International boat show, Fort Lauderdale International boat show, Palm Beach International boat show, and other private Marlow events. In early 2016 he was asked to join the Marlow sales team full-time. With an extensive bilingual (English-Spanish) background in sales, marketing, and over-the-top customer service, Rod is here to assist you with finding your next dream yacht.

♦ Jack Bostock

Jack brings a very diverse and unique background to Marlow Marine.  Jack A. Bostock was born a 7th generation circus performer.  His family came to the United States as performers with Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey Circus in the early 1950’s from Europe.  As a young boy, Jack walked the tight rope and flew on the Flying Trapeze all over the US until his family settled in Sarasota, Florida, the circus capital of the World! There, he found his first lifelong passion and began training in martial arts.  He became a very accomplished competitor and has been a State champion, Jr Olympic Champion, and a SR National Champion. He has been a martial artist for the last 27 years and for the last 22 of those years, along with his family, they have run the largest Martial Arts Academies in Manatee County.  After achieving success in all areas of his life, Jack was ready for a new adventure and that is what lead him to Marlow Marine, a place where Quality, Cooperation, and Innovation mean something.  He was fortunate enough to already have close relations with a few of the top brokers at Marlow and welcomed the opportunity to join the Marlow Team.  At Marlow Marine, Jack has been soaking up the knowledge around him like a sponge, using the same work ethic and attention to details honed as a martial artist with a goal of becoming an amazing yacht salesman. Jack is proving to be a valued asset at Marlow with his energy, drive, determination and his Bi-lingual back ground.  

♦ Amy Sendall

Amy Sendall joins the Marlow Team of knowledgeable and experienced yacht salesmen.  She is originally from West Milford, New Jersey where she graduated from William Paterson University with a Marketing Degree.  After college, she owned a successful Electronics store.  She moved her family to Florida in the late 1980s and obtained a Real Estate license.  She’s been a realtor in Florida for 31 years, specializing in short sales, investment properties and waterfront homes.  Working with waterfront properties and her love of boating and fishing brought her to Marlow Marine.  She states “I have found my home with the Marlow Family and look forward to many successful years to come”. 

♦ Lawrence Dahl

“Larry” is an avid, life-long boater who is pleased to be back in sunny Florida, and is especially enthusiastic about representing the highly-respected Marlow Yachts and Marlow Marine Sales, Inc.  

Originally from the Midwestern Lake of the Ozarks, then having spent 20 years navigating Florida’s Gulf Coast, and most recently in Upstate New York in the Fingerlakes and Lake George regions, he has come to realize that for him, happiness is found in, on, or around the water.

After 18 years in sales and management within his family’s medical equipment company, and upon his Father’s retirement and business acquisition by their largest competitor, Larry was able to pursue a career doing what he enjoys most.  Fortunately, the stars aligned and while visiting his daughter at Cornell University on Cayuga Lake, he stumbled upon a new marina-based boat dealership that was seeking a sales manager for a ground-floor opportunity offering four new boat brands, plus used boats and brokerage services.  Through hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction, successful sales results followed.  Four years later, he then followed an opportunity to become the General Manager of a 270-slip member-owned yacht club, while also providing boat brokerage and club membership sales.  After a few years, it was evident that what he truly enjoyed was creating lasting relationships with like-minded boaters, while utilizing his background and experience in helping to guide their boat selection process to ensure their complete satisfaction and the most educated, safest and enjoyable cruising possible.

♦ Dale Campbell

Dale is a central Florida native, having grown up in Sebring, Florida. He then moved to Orlando, Florida to pursue a career in Resort Sales and Marketing. Dale moved up the ranks quickly with one of the most successful resort companies in the industry. At the young age of 26, he was asked to assist with the companies first out of state venture, which brought him to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. He later built and managed a beautiful luxury log cabin resort with breath taking views. It is now one of the most sought after destinations and one the most profitable resorts in the entire country!

After many years of mountain living, he decided to follow his heart and return to Florida. Since his childhood he has always had a passion for the water, which made Marlow Marine the perfect fit!

Dale is excited to join the Marlow team of professionals and is extremely excited to represent the finest in luxury yachts! He strongly believes that the memories created today with your loved ones will one day be priceless! He truly feels that at Marlow Marine, he is changing lives one boat at a time!
