	Provide a minimum of one top to bottom washdown per week using fresh Manatee County water - considered the finest on the West Coast!
	Attend dock lines daily, coiling neatly
	Attend to power cords daily
	Vacuum interior carpets and floors as necessary
	Run generator once per week
	Cycle A/C once per week
	Check bilges once per week
	Advertise in your behalf with a very generous ad budget in leading appropriate publications • more advertising dollars per boat • Our advertising budget is the largest of dealers of our type, and we know how to reach the market place.
	Advise you fairly to obtain maximum proceeds before and during the sale
	Offer you a courtesy discount on any parts that may be needed to facilitate the sale
	Endeavor to obtain a fair price for you on any repairs that may be needed to facilitate the sale
